We will be closing our doors for the very last time on December 23rd.

We know this will come as a surprise to many of our customers, and we will be very sad to say goodbye. For a number of reasons we have decided the time is right for us to close.

We are incredibly grateful to our regular customers who have supported our business and have been a joy to serve. This is a wonderful community to be part of, and we are grateful to those businesses and organisations who have also supported us.

We are also grateful to our suppliers, particularly the local farmers and winemakers who have enabled us to showcase the beautiful Macedon Ranges region.

We are beyond grateful to our wonderful staff who have enabled us to do what we do - especially Dave, Brittany and Ben who have been with us since the very beginning. These guys are part of the La Bonta family and we couldn't have done what we have without them. A big thanks also to Alison, Hang, Britney and to our former staff Carlie, Adam, James, Jack, Bart and James.

So many thanks... Tim and Janet

'Journey's to Come' review of La Bonta

We were very pleased to have Lisa Ludvigson from 'Journey's to Come' visit La Bonta recently. Wow did she have some nice things to say about her visit.

"The quality of the food and service easily matched that of some of the finer restaurants I've dined at in New York and London. This meal was the highlight of the trip for me."
