As part of this years Macedon Ranges Wine and Food 'Budburst' Festival La Bonta Chef Tim Austin will be heading out to Hanging Rock Winery to join forces with winemaker Robert Ellis for an afternoon of Macedon Ranges wine and food.

Robert will guide us through the process of making the fabulous Hanging Rock Sparkling Wine, and will also share other specialities from the winery including their Heathcote Shiraz, matched to their home grown Speckled Park beef.
