This Dinner Banquet will celebrate all things Sangiovese, showcasing the fabulous wines from two regions we love - Heathcote and Tuscany’s Val d’Orcia.
Chef Tim Austin is fresh back from a trip to Tuscany, and he will present a 4 Course Tuscan menu to accompany the wines from McIvor Estate, Vinea Marson and Galli Estate. The Winemakers will also join us to introduce their wines.
Cost: $149 per person, includes 4 courses matched to Heathcote wines, with guided tasting and wine information from the winemakers
